Don't Get Taken For A Ride

If you are involved in an accident, don't get taken for a ride! Insurance companies often prey on unsuspecting accident victims who believe they have only sustained minor injuries and therefore wait to contact an experienced motorcycle accident attorney. No one ever believes their injury may be as serious as it may turn out to be. To protect your rights and the rights of your family, if you are involved in an accident contact Kantor and Godwin, 5800 Main Street, Buffalo, New York 14221.

We will set up a free consultation either at our office or your home.
Trust our experience, we get results! 1-877-SKANTOR Contact us over the web at: kantorgodwin@roadrunner.com

What To Do If You Are In An Accident:

  2. Write down the name, address, phone number and insurance information of the other drivers.
  3. Write down the make, model, year and license plate number of the other vehicles.
  4. Identify any possible witnesses. Get their names, addresses, phone numbers. If they don't want to cooporate, write down their license plate number.
  5. Do not make any statements to anyone about what happened, other than a police officer.
  6. Do not apologize or argue with the other drivers.
  7. Do not have your bike repaired until you contact an experienced motorcycle accident attorney.
